2018 was an incredible year for Dwelo! We saw our team and business double in size. We officially became a coast-to-coast company with our first installs in Florida and the southeast. We put down roots, with new offices in California and Texas. We established partnerships with some great organizations, most notably Nest and Alliance, whose trust in us is truly exciting. We launched our first communities that include perimeter access and rolled out new integrations with Google Home, Nest, Prodatakey, Yardi, Kwikset, Yale, and dozens of other products and partners.
In 2019, we look forward to carrying the same momentum forward. We are sensing a real turning point in the market, not just for us, but for smart apartments as a whole. We feel lucky to be a leader in this space, at this time, with owners and managers really beginning to see for themselves the value that smart technology can bring to both their residents and their teams.
